How does booking work (high level)?
Choose your vehicle and dates, submit your driver’s license and insurance, pay the reservation deposit, sign the rental agreement, then pick up or schedule delivery. At handoff we verify ID, complete a walk‑around, and release the vehicle.

Can I choose the vehicle?
Yes—choose from luxury sedans, SUVs, or Sprinters for larger groups. Specific models are available on request based on availability.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We deliver to hotels, residences, airports, and venues. Delivery fees are distance‑based and quoted upfront. At drop‑off we verify ID, complete a quick inspection, and hand over the keys.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (including AmEx), Apple Pay/Google Pay, and bank wire for higher‑value bookings. A refundable security hold is processed at handoff.

Reschedules are allowed when requested in advance. Cancellations 72+ hours before start receive a credit; 72–24 hours receive a partial credit; under 24 hours are typically non‑refundable. Weather or operator delays can be moved at no cost when possible.

What do I need to book? (ID/license + insurance verification)
A valid driver’s license, active auto insurance that covers rentals, and a credit card for the security hold. International guests need a passport and may need an International Driving Permit. Drivers must be 25+.
Is a deposit required to reserve?
Yes. A non‑refundable reservation deposit confirms your dates and vehicle. A separate, refundable security hold is processed at handoff and released after return and inspection.
When is the remaining balance due?
Your remaining balance is due at or before handoff. For deliveries and peak dates, balances may be processed up to 24 hours before the start time to streamline checkout.
How many miles are included per day, and what happens if I go over?
Most rentals include 100 miles per day, pooled across multi‑day bookings. Additional miles are billed at a per‑mile rate shown on your quote. Prepaid mileage bundles are available at a lower rate.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes, pending availability. Contact us before your return time and we’ll confirm the hourly or daily extension rate. Unauthorized late returns may incur a fee.
Do you offer delivery, and how does it work?
We schedule a delivery time and location, share ETA updates, verify your ID and payment at arrival, complete a walk‑around with photos, and hand you the keys. Returns can be picked up or brought back to our hub.

Do I get the exact car I reserve?
Yes—your booking is for the exact vehicle shown whenever possible. If a last‑minute issue occurs, we’ll offer the same model, an equal or upgraded replacement, or you can choose a refund.
Can I book a one-day rental?
Yes, most weekdays allow single‑day rentals. Weekends and peak dates often require a two‑day minimum. If you only need a few hours, consider our personal driver or photoshoot options.
What’s the weekend minimum?
Most vehicles require a two‑day minimum from Friday to Sunday and on holidays. Some exotics may require longer minimums during peak periods.
What’s included (miles/day, deposit, etc.)?
Standard rentals include 100 miles per day, pooled across multi‑day bookings. A reservation deposit confirms your dates, and a refundable security hold is processed at handoff.
Can I switch vehicles mid-rental?
Yes, subject to availability. We’ll quote any rate difference and arrange a convenient exchange time and location.
Can I use a rental for a wedding/birthday/photoshoot?
Absolutely. We can deliver to venues, coordinate timing with your planner, and keep the vehicle photo‑ready throughout your event or shoot.
Long-Term Rentals
What counts as weekly/monthly?
Weekly is 7 consecutive days; monthly is 28–30 days. Long‑term bookings include discounted daily rates and flexible mileage options.
Why is long-term cheaper than day-by-day?
Long‑term rentals reduce turnover and logistics, so we pass those savings on with lower daily rates and bundled mileage.
What’s included in a long-term quote?
Discounted rate, bundled mileage or a custom mileage cap, scheduled maintenance coordination, and delivery options. Security hold and insurance requirements still apply.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes—contact us before your end date. We’ll confirm availability and the extension rate. Early extension requests typically secure the best pricing.
Can I “try before I buy” a vehicle?
Yes. Many clients book a weekend or week‑long rental to experience a model before purchasing. We can also suggest comparable trims.
Do you offer delivery for long-term rentals?
Yes—home, office, and extended‑stay delivery are available. Delivery fees are distance‑based and often reduced or waived on multi‑week and monthly bookings.
